How to use the Budget Tracking Tool The Budget Tracking Tool, which as at now is focused on the CDF Funds, is a tool that keeps track of the CDF funds usage per constituency. We have the project details per constituencies and the total expenditure per project. One can also get the amounts per financial year on a given project. The tracker however is not just informational. We have a feedback mechanism that allows you, the Mwananchi, to give us your comments on the projects that concern you. Being on the ground, you have first hand information on the projects’ progress and can thus give us accurate information.
